• Cancellations (hotel / transfer) must be always confirmed in writing to the Technical Secretariat at congresos@v­erticesur.es. All cancellations must be notified before May 31, 2026. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 25 €. After this date, refunds are no longer available.

• Reservation changes (hotel / transfer) will only be possible before the hotel/transfer confirmation is mailed. After this, the Technical Secretariat reserves the right to charge additional 15 € for reservation changes.

Only registration forms properly filled in and accompanied by their proof of payment will be processed.
Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been checked by the Technical Secretariat.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
