• Deadline for online registration June 22, 2026. After this date you can only register at the congress venue.

• Substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome. Substitution notifications have to be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat (email: email congresos@verticesur.es)

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (email: email congresos@verticesur.es)

• Cancellation notification received before April 30, 2026 will be refunded

• Cancellation received between April 30 and May 31, 2026 will be refunded to a maximum of 75%

• No refund will be provided for cancellations received after May 31, 2026

• Please note that refunds will be processed by bank transfer after the Conference

• An administrative fee of € 15 will be applied to all returns

Payment

Only registration forms properly filled in and accompanied by their proof of payment will be processed.
Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been checked by the Technical Secretariat.

Secure payment by credit card. Selecting the payment method during registration will open the payment window.

Terms and Conditions

Organizer reserves the right to make last minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.

Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
